This Memorial day, I met with an extended family at the Stillwater one room schoolhouse and covered bridge, in Columbia County, PA. There were eight grandkids including two babies (fresh from their naps), one set of grandparents, and parents. And one gorgeous puppy! The main goal was to document the grandkids together, since some live in Tennessee (with one lovely regional accent in the group). Some good thought had gone into the color palette, and there tones were light with aqua blue, brown, and light neutrals.

This is a special spot for this family, who grew up playing in, on , and around the covered bridge all summer long. We had a great time together after the rain rolled on out.
